Julianna Lambert

Juliana Lambert’s career began in Southeast Asia, where she worked as a lawyer specializing in the credit derivatives market during the 2008 U.S. housing crash. Her legal work demanded sharp analytical thinking, cross-border communication skills, and a creative approach to financial product development in a rapidly evolving global landscape.

After relocating to Canada, Juliana transitioned into corporate policy and procedure work at Enbridge Pipelines, where she contributed to organizational governance and compliance within the energy sector. She honed her ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and build effective internal frameworks.

In 2018, Juliana made a transformative career shift when she purchased the childcare centre her children attended. The centre’s director was facing serious medical challenges and planned to close the facility. Motivated by a desire to preserve a trusted space for families and support the community, Juliana stepped in to lead the centre. Since then, she has served as Director of Montessori Play and Learn Centre Ltd., applying her diverse professional experience to foster a nurturing, inclusive, and high-quality early learning environment.

Juliana is passionate about early years learning and is committed to collaborative efforts that support children, families, and educators.
